A) Main building: 1- Admin offices + Store B+G+1+2 2- Basement Car Parking: 55 parking 3- Ground Floor: Reception Area +Store: Reception Area: • Waiting area • Lifts for Employee • Fire Exit • Toilets & kitchenette Store: • Store for heavy movables + Area for auctions • Lifts for services • Area for Delivery and receipt of movables First Floor: Offices + Store • Open space offices • Toilets & kitchenette • Store for light & priced movable Second Floor: Store+ Auction hall • Store for light movables • Toilets & kitchenette • Bridge to the Cafeteria B) Services Building: • Water Tanks • Sub Station • Elect Room • Exhaust air duct from basement C) Circular Building Guards Office+ toilets & kitchenette Ground Floor Guard’s room + toilets & kitchenette First floor Cafeteria + toilets & kitchenette Second Floor Shaded Area • Car Parking : 7 truck parking 12 car parking All works shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications issued for the purpose.
